Festival of the pizzetta 'and cuotto wine
La pizzetta (or pezzetta) 'and cuotto wine it's a typical sweet Scisciano that every year is the protagonist of the festival that I do for the Feast of San Martino. Her recipe is secret, but that is composed of walnuts, pumpkins, quince and semolina, all added to cooked wine. A delight not to be missed for this weekend.

Tomato Festival
At Vomero, in the central streets, there will be dozens of stands with local producers who will present, and will taste, many varieties of tomato. There will be the tomatoes of the Piennolo del Vesuvio, the Corbarini, i San Marzano, the datterini, among others. And, thanks to the presence of the Pastificio di Gragnano, every day will be prepared a pasta dish with tomato sauce.
