A new weekend that brings with it many greedy festivals in Campania. In the weekend from 13 to 15 May 2016 you can choose between many good food products and quality wine and beer.
Even in Naples you can have fun with the Fair of the sfogliatella where to discover many variations of our typical dessert or with the longest pizza in the world which will be cooked on the Lungomare Caracciolo. Also, continue the wine festival with Wine & the City in many places around the city
In the rest of Campania, however, there will be other events not to be missed. Beer in the villa will transport you to the world of craft beer discovering the many local breweries and their excellent products. With the catanazzo festival satisfy your gluttony with the dishes of the poor cuisine and many other dishes of the area.

The longest pizza in the world
Sul Lungomare Caracciolo a real challenge: breaking last year's record and making the longest pizza in the world reaching a 2 km. There will be well 5 special ovens and tons of tomato, mozzarella and oil to season this giant pizza that will be offered to all those present at the end of the enterprise.

Matese Mountain Fest
Second weekend with one of the most entertaining sporting events in Campania. You can try your hand at dozens of competitive sports like rafting, adventure trail, climbing wall, hydrospeed, canyoning, canoeing and much more. To rest, you can browse through the craft markets and taste the local products. There will also be a play area dedicated to children.

Beer in the villa
It is the fifth edition of Birra in villa that takes place in the Palazzo Calvanese of Castel San Giorgio. An event dedicated to craft beer in collaboration with Slow Food Campania. The aim is to promote the culture of beer in Campania, also enhancing the many local breweries that produce high quality beer. Of course, there will be tastings and also workshops and cooking shows.

Catanazzo Festival
In Giovi, in the province of Salerno, the catanazzo festival will take place. But what is it? It's a typical dish of poor cuisine with tripe, peas, cherry tomatoes and aromas that goes with homemade bread. the novelty of this edition also includes i fusilli with hilly flavors. There will also be pasta and beans in the pan, pizza, sandwiches, and spleen sweets. The local wine will flow freely and there will be entertainment with Massimo d'Alessandro from X-Factor and a dance evening.

Wine & the City
Until 25 May Wine & the City continues in Naples with many events dedicated to wine. In numerous places in the city, including palaces, shops, private homes, ateliers, gardens and streets, interesting and delicious initiatives are held to celebrate wine. This weekend, among the events, there is the Festa di Piazza at the Hotel Bellini on May 13 with buskers and expert circus performers who will transport us to a dream world.
