Shopping under the Tree 2016 starts in Sorrento: offers in shops, music and the lighting of the Christmas tree are scheduled!
From 25 to 27 November 2016 in Sorrento The Christmas season opens with Shopping under the Tree. Now in its third edition, the initiative involves numerous businesses in the city, an important part of the productive fabric of the area.
Visitors and citizens can take advantage of specials promotions and offers in stores and take this opportunity to start Christmas shopping. The event, however, is not made of just shopping: the streets full of lights will perform buskers and street band, while on Saturday 26 November there will also be theignition of the gigantic Christmas tree in Piazza Tasso.
This year a special place is reserved for children, which will be dedicated many moments of animation and nice gadgets. Shopping under the Tree is one of the appointments of the Sorrento review "M'Illumino d'Inverno". Part of the latter are also Street Food Village and Professional Cinema Days and the exhibition of nativity scenes and handicrafts.
