The Festival from Chienunella and from Tagliarella to Apice (BN) is back

A major event in the local culinary scene is on its way, thanks to the invitation of Pro Loco of Apice. It is about 7th edition of the Sagra da Chienunella and da Tagliarella, a feast of taste planned for Saturday May 20 2023, which will take place at the Convento Sant'Antonio di Apice (BN).

The peculiarity of the festival lies in its pmain issues. While the Noodles are easily recognizable, the Little girl could leave many perplexed. It's all about stuffed ravioli, or “chieni”, stuffed with ricotta cheese, a traditional dish that embodies the culinary spirit of the region.

A menu rich in local tradition

It's not just about Chienunella and Tagliarella. The menu is a real tribute to local cuisine. Do not miss chocolate, a second course of meat, peppers and potatoes, and the Sandwich with sausicchio and patane, or a sandwich with sausage and french fries. And to complete the gastronomic picture, it cannot be missing A' Montanara.

The choice of wines will be equally stimulating, with the offer of“U' vino i Santa Lucia”, a wine produced from local vines, perfect to accompany the delicacies on the menu.

Music and entertainment

After having tasted the culinary delights, it will be a must to take a few jumps on the track to work off the accumulated calories. The appointment, therefore, continues on the dance floor with a bit of Latin American and ballroom music.
