The Totò Tour will begin in the Rione Sanità in Naples and a sculpture in honor of the artist has been inaugurated.
This year the third edition of "Welcome to Healthcare" to Napoli, event organized by the San Gennaro Onlus Foundation which, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of Totò's death, he will dedicate one to the Prince of laughter review full of free events and shows.
Within these events, the 29 April 2017 it will be the inauguration of the restorations of the Basilica of San Severo within the urban redevelopment projects of the square in front of and will be unveiled the work of the master Salvatore Scuotto dedicated to Totò in Via SM Antesaecula. The inauguration will also pay homage to the ancient friendship between the Milanese and Neapolitan Churches which also finds an indirect reflection in the representation of Saints Protasio and Gervasio in the only surviving cubicle of the Catacomb of San Severo alla Sanità. At the end of the celebration there will be a concert by the Sanitansamble youth orchestra and the orchestra dei Popoli di Milano.

Totò Tour
During the evening 29 of April 2017 will be presented the new “Totò Tour” tourist itinerary available every Saturday and Sunday by reservation. Participants will immerse themselves in the intertwined stories of the Sanità and Totò neighborhoods accompanied by a guide that will lead them to the most topical places like the Cemetery of the Fontanelle , Totò's house up to new urban redevelopment works and murals.
