Visit to the Naples Water Museum at a depth of 40 meters

The cultural association Megaris Art organizes for 7 and 8 August 2021 at 18:00 special guided tours to the Naples Water Museum which is located in the Basilica of Pietrasanta at 40 meters deep.
The Water Museum can be reached with a detail Archaeological Lift, which thanks to his transparent windows will allow you to admire all the graffiti and mosaics of the Roman era.
Once you reach a depth of 40 meters you will find yourself in the ancient underground decumanus and you can admire the cisterns of the ancient Bolla aqueduct, or the first aqueduct built in the city, built by the Greeks and then subsequently enlarged by the Romans.
