Lo strike of hauliers, at first proclaimed for Monday 14 March, was blocked by the Guarantee Fee. The strike provided for it national stop of trucks and his announcement had provoked not a little panic among the people who had rushed to the supermarket.
The suspension of the strike comes from the decision of the Guarantee Fee according to which there would be the "failure to comply with the notice period of 25 days ". In the note issued, therefore, it is asked to revoke the collective action, with the risk of opening an evaluation procedure.
Therefore, the fear of a stop to the distribution of basic necessities that was spreading in the last few hours precisely because of the expected strike seems to stop.
However, the problems related to the increase in gasoline prices, also due to the Ukraine-Russia conflict, and consequently to the possible failure availability of some food items.
