For the inauguration of the new cycle path, a nice bike ride from the center of Naples with various stops up to San Giovanni a Teduccio!
Saturday October 3 will finally come inaugurated the new cycle path in Naples which from Via Marina leads to San Giovanni a Teduccio and, for the occasion, one is planned ride with anyone who wants to participate.
It is entitled "East direction“, Just to indicate the direction of travel, and was organized by Open House Naples Bike Festival, which during this spring were unable to organize the traditional cycling events, but who managed to recover with some beautiful events in September.
The ride to inaugurate the new section of the cycle path is one of these initiatives aimed at relaunching the model of sustainable mobility and that will make citizens discover the urban regeneration interventions in that area.
The stages of the ride and the duration
The departure will be from the Galleria Principe di Napoli at 9.00 and then we will head towards Via Marina. Later we will arrive at the new Federico II university complex di San Giovanni, then we will stop at Taverna del ferro to admire the murals of Jorit and, finally, we will arrive at the center of article 33 with Nest, avant-garde theater.
Will last about 3 hours for 10 km and includes numerous stops. The route is almost always flat and is suitable for everyone, also to children accompanied by their parents.

Upon arrival in the Galleria Principe di Napoli yes they will avoid gatherings, following the anti-Covid protocols, and everyone is invited to bring their own safety devices, including the mask.
The exhibition "Can you ride a bike?" and debate
Also on October 3, it will be possible to visit the exhibition "Can you ride a bike?“, exhibited between the National Archaeological Museum of Naples and the Galleria Principe di Napoli, and created by the Goethe Institut. There are the works by 40 graphic designers and will be on display until October 31st.
On October 7, however, in the Bicycle House, in the Galleria Principe di Napoli, there will be the debate on the topic of riders, organized in collaboration with Inail Campania.
