We remind you that the measure should have entered into force on 17 June 2022, as required by paragraph 2 of article 33 of Legislative Decree 50/2022, but that due to a series of delays and problems it was postponed to a later date.
When can you apply
As specified by Adepp, the works to allow the submission of the online application have started and starting from 20 September 2022 self-employed and professionals will be able to claim the bonus.
The deadline for submitting the application is set for November 30, 2022, as it will be the last day to submit your tax return.
