The Bufala Fest 2018 arrives on the waterfront of Naples with many products including mozzarella, meat, salami, yogurt, desserts and free concerts!
Sul Waterfront of Naples returns Bufala Fest, the event dedicated to buffalo where you can taste many exquisite dishes while admiring a fantastic panorama. This year will take place dat 7 at 15 July 2018 and its primary purpose is that of enhance the bufalina supply chain and all that offers the dairy market in Italy.
Naples becomes the protagonist of this event again and there will be many stand which will offer many products to taste. They will be more than 60 and they will be arranged in addition 2 thousand square meters. Among the many products we can find mozzarella, ice cream, buffalo meat, cold cuts, yogurt, pizza, sweets and also news on the subject of cosmetics, all based on buffalo. Each company present will propose its own tasting menu that visitors can choose and enjoy.
Of course there will be space for the mozzarella cheese,White gold Campania, but there will also be buffalo-based dishes, considered very nutritious and rich in proteins and iron. The Bufala Fest will also be an action of marketing for the territory because, unlike last year's edition, the region and its naturalistic and artistic beauties will be promoted.
During the event there will be the cooking contest "The flavors of the supply chain" as part of the “Territori della Bufala” project during which the various chefs will have to demonstrate their creativity. Also, there will be free concerts every evening.
For the occasion, a temporary traffic device for cyclists.
