Is called NYE AMALFI, the special new Year's party that the beautiful Amalfi Coast is ready to welcome. For the occasion, a really full program of events with a big party which, as per tradition, will extend over two squares with over six hours of entertainment.
There will be a lot of guests like artists, performers, guest DJs, and the evocative fireworks display over the sea will be inevitable. So if you want to spend a special evening and a truly unforgettable New Year's Eve, then you cannot miss the appointment with free entry! But let's see in detail all the scheduled events.
The New Year's program in Amalfi
New Year's Eve in Amalfi will start at 23 pm on December 00st in Piazza Flavio, with entertainment and conducting by Marco and Raf, directly from Radio Kiss Kiss. In the console instead there will be Dj Eddie J Warner and Dj Fabio Anastasio who will transform the square by the sea into an open-air disco.
Then there will be the parade and the performance of the Amalfi folk group Oh Guagliunciello, a symbol of good luck for the new year, guaranteed fun among popular songs, typical traditional instruments, tammorre, castagnelle and much more.
We will therefore wait for midnight together with Mary Boccia and Maurizio Dipino and we will admire the suggestive fireworks display over the sea.
The celebrations will then move to Piazza Duomo with the performance of Veronica Simioli and her band. We will then dance until dawn with the disco show by guest DJ Osso, resident DJ Filippo Di Costanzo, Alfonso Liguori, Andrea Pansa, Fabio Anastasio and the Amalfi Friends group.
On January 1, 2023 there will then be an appointment with the Great New Year's Concert of the SCS Internationale Harmonia Chamber Orchestra which will take place at 11:00 at the Ancient Arsenal of the Republic of Amalfi.
