Carmine leaves Mare Fuori. Massimiliano Caizzo out of the cast.
After saying goodbye to various characters from Mare Fuori, now it's the turn of one of the most beloved protagonists: Carmine Di Salvo, played by Massimiliano Caizzo. His narrative arc seems to have been definitively chosen during the fourth season.
Why does Carmine leave Mare Fuori?
Il journey of his character seems to have reached the dates. While many thought he would exit the cast after leaving with Rosa, in reality, his goodbye is much more painful. Carmine Di Salvo leaves alone, moving away from the danger criminal life of his family from Naples. And she does it alone.
After asking Rosa to marry him, and having received an emotional yes, the girl leaves him at the altar on the day of wedding to pursue his victory against Edoardo Conte who murdered his father Don Salvatore.
And so Carmine with the help of Massimo, the commander, he chooses to leave with his Futura to get away from his mother Wanda Di Salvo and from the rest of the underworld that surrounded him.
The final scenes focus on his role of father and about his little girl who calls him “daddy”. His task now is this: to be a father and protect his daughter. Thus, Carmine and Rosa's love story comes to an end.
