The theme of citizenship will be the engine of the 2018 Social Carnival at Sanità in Naples with the parade of allegorical floats!
The February 9 2018 at we will celebrate the 2018 Carnival at Healthcare, in the homonymous and historical district of Naples.
As in all previous editions, the Carnival will have a social theme and this year the party will be a time to reflect on the lack of approval of the right to citizenship.
Once again our country has shown itself to be backward from a cultural point of view and unprepared for legislation on the difficult problem of immigration and integration of foreign citizens born in Italy or residing here following the migratory experience.
The socio-educational centers and schools of the Rione Sanità believe that the Neapolitan people must understand the need for the civil application of this right that will be reinterpreted and translated into masks, costumes and allegorical wagons that will animate the final show. The departure will be from Piazza Sanità and the parade will cross the streets of the neighborhood, will pass along the historic village of Vergini and will end in Piazza Miracoli.
