Chocolate Days 2019 in Piazza Bartolo Longo in Pompeii: the festival of homemade chocolate

The Chocolate Days 2019 arrives in Piazza Bartolo Longo in Pompeii, a three-day celebration that pays homage to one of the most loved products in the world, chocolate.

Piazza Bartolo Longo in Pompeii is preparing to host the third edition of Chocolate Days 2019, a full three days dedicated to the world of chocolate.

This beautiful party is organized by Claai businesses, sponsored by City of Pompeii, and with the collaboration of Chocolate tourism movement and Italian excellence and Tanagro wood idea.

From Friday 18 to Sunday 20 October, the streets of Pompei they will therefore be invaded by the irresistible sweet scent of this delicious product.

Many will indeed be the cost present where you can find many chocolate based specialties, prepared by hand by master chocolatiers from all over Italy.

Among the various products present, in addition to the many and various chocolates, it will also be possible to find cannoli, Almond paste, crunchy and Calabrian cremini, vegan specialties, mostaccioli and much more.

There will also be a space dedicated to WORKSHOPS, designed to captivate and interest the public present at this event. Below the program:

Friday 14th October: At the 19 laboratory of the master chocolatier Fulvio Ferrentino of Ca de 'Tirreni, "The tempering of chocolate".

Saturday October 19: At the 19 laboratory of the master chocolatier Marco Biolzi of Bedonia, "Chocolate and original creations in handmade chocolate".

Sunday October 20: At the 19 by the sommelier Pasquale Brillante, "Brachetto d'Acqui Docg - Bersano Winery paired with homemade chocolate".
