The mayor of Bacoli, the mayor Josi Gerardo Della Ragione, announces a special novelty, namely the opening in Bacoli of the First City Cinema for all children. As announced by him, it is free and open to everyone.
In this new structure, many cartoons will be screened, including the great Disney classics. The first appointment is for today, Sunday 15 January 2023 at 18:00, the day on which the cartoon will be screened Dumbo, the tender flying elephant.
Many other appointments will certainly follow each week, always with different cartoons, such as Peter Pan, il Lion King, il Jungle Book and many others.
The films broadcast
Here is the screening schedule (all films will be screened at 18:00):
- 15 January:Dumbo
- 22 January: The Lion King
- 29 January: The Jungle Book
- February 5: Peter Pan
Where is the new Municipal Cinema
The new Municipal Cinema, the Disney Film Forum, is located in the House of Culture, Chapel area, right there where one was School of Bacoli, and which, once abandoned, was about to be sold. But this did not happen.
This new area is therefore born by recovering a disused property and with the aim of create a meeting place for children, new spaces to be together, to have fun and play. All in all, a really great initiative.
