Online concert in Naples with the Sansevero Chapel and the Scarlatti Association
A wonderful concert organized by the Sansevero Chapel and the Scarlatti Association of Naples in memory of the prince Raymond of Sangro!
Saturday 20 March 2021 at 19 pm the wonderful will be broadcast in the first run concert organized by the collaboration between the Sansevero Chapel and the Alessandro Scarlatti Association of Naples to celebrate the 250 years after the death of Prince Raimondo di Sangro.
In fact, the concert will be titled precisely Concert for the prince, The Baroque Ensemble of Naples at the Sansevero Chapel. The event will be visible to the public both on the Facebook page of the Sansevero Chapel Museum and on the YouTube channel of the Scarlatti Association.

The pieces that will be proposed are by Alessandro Scarlatti, Domenico Gallo, Francesco Mancini and Leonardo Leo, or four great composers, important characters of the time in which the prince lived.
The Baroque Ensemble of Naples, consisting of Tommaso Rossi al flute, Rossella Croce and Marco Piantoni ai violins, Manuela Albano al cello, Giorgio Sanvito al contrabass and Patrizia Varone al harpsichord, will open the concert with the Sonata IX in A minor for flute, two violins and continuo by Alessandro Scarlatti.
