The spring edition of Discodays will always take place at the Casa della Musica and there are live shows, stands, prizes and an exhibition on Queen.
Il DiscoDays, the Disco and Music Fair, returns again this year for its spring appointment. As we know, there are two annual events with this event, one in October and one in April, during which you can attend live concerts and visit the stands that exhibit thousands of vinyl.
The first appointment of the 2014 will take place on 6th April and, as usual, the location will be the House of Music at the Palapartenope. There are many events scheduled this year too, including exhibitions, exhibitions, awards and, of course, the presence of stands with thousands of LPs, CDs and special objects.
It starts with a very special event for all lovers of rock music: an exhibition of memorabilia on Queen, by the QueenMuseum.it site, one of the most important reference sites for fans of Freddie Mercury's group. In this way, it will be possible to relive the history of the English band and observe objects by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon and Roger Taylor, many of them autographed.
We will continue, at 18, with the Photography Award for Music to Guido Harari "For the extraordinary career that has led him to be a reference for musical photography and for the dissemination activity carried out by his Wall of Sound". The world-famous photographer will also tell many curiosities about the main Italian artists photographed by him, such as Fabrizio de Andrè, Vasco Rossi, Ligabue, Lou Reed, Frank Zappa and Paul Mc Cartney.
Then there will be no lack of live performances, which will feature the best emerging bands of the bells that will play on the stage of the Casa della Musica Club.
As every year, moreover, you will have the chance to win a prize: a ticket will be raffled for the Ligabue concert in Salerno of the 23 July 2014.
A photographic exhibition will be organized by Valeria Bissacco, winner of the latest edition of “Music in Scatti".
We also remind you that on April 3 there will be a preview with the live of the 35 caliber at the 3 Hall of the Duel Beat.
