There will be many stands dedicated to this product which is one of ancient Montorese traditions which is prepared with a typical local recipe. We will be able to taste the classic zeppole, those with Nutella and those stuffed with the cream.

Yet, there will be no lack of rustic and savory products such as sandwich with sausage grilled with aubergines in oil or chips, the wood-fired pizza and in different flavors and, of course, the Local wine and other drinks.

Music and games for children

To cheer the evenings there will also be live music and, for the more adventurous, the karaoke. In the area there will also be achildren's area with games to keep them entertained.

How to prepare the Montorese zeppola

The Sant'Eustachio di Montoro zeppola is prepared with a soft dough, similar to that of cream puffs, which is given the shape of a donut which is then fried or baked in the oven.

Garnish with a sprinkled with powdered sugar and a generous amount of custard, as well as a tuft of the chocolate one.
