The special appointment with the Feast of Fried Pizza a San Mango Piedmont, a town in the province of Salerno. It is an event that has been taking place for several years now and that the citizens of the place and neighboring municipalities always welcome with great enthusiasm.
And so, from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 September 2023, in the spaces of the Church of San Matteo in Sordino, various food stands will be set up which will be open from 20:30. Obviously at the center of the tastings there will be the undisputed protagonist of the evening, that is fried pizza.
What you can taste at the Fried Pizza Festival
Of course, you can taste it Fried pizza. It is one of the most loved foods by both adults and children, obtained with a dough of flour, water, salt and yeast. Once grown, the dough is divided into loaves and each of these is stuffed with sauce, mozzarella and more and finally is fried in hot oil.
