On the occasion of the match Naples – Sampdoria of 4 June 2023, as well as the official victory of the Scudetto at the Armando Maradona Stadium in Fuorigrotta, was established un traffic device to ensure order and safety.
Prohibition of transit and parking
They will start at 17:00 on June 4, 2023 and will continue until the needs are exhausted. Provisions include:
- Il prohibition of vehicular transit and parking with the possibility of forced removal in the areas of Piazza del Plebiscito in front of the Prefecture and the Comiliter, in Via San Carlo and in Piazza Trieste e Trento.
- Il prohibition of vehicular transit in Via Solitaria, Piazzetta Salazar, Rampe Paggeria with exceptions for residents, vehicles with the "H" mark with a disabled person on board, emergency and rescue vehicles. Alternating one-way traffic will be permitted on these streets.
- The creation of one-way traffic in Piazza Carolina (from Via Serra to Via Chiaia) and in Via Chiaia (from Piazza Carolina to Via Gaetano Filangieri).
- La suspension of the parking area for taxis in Via San Carlo and in Piazza Carolina.
- La suspension of the stopping area for public transport vehicles operating on the urban line in Via San Carlo.
Additional Provisions
In addition, from 17:00 on June 4, 2023, until the needs are exhausted, the following provisions will be implemented:
- In Via Conte Carlo di Castelmola a unique way of circulation direct from Piazza Mercato to Piazza Masaniello.
- In Piazza Mercato and Piazza del Carmine it will be in effect on Tow Away Zone.
- In Piazza Mercato and Piazza del Carmine the prohibition of vehicular transit with some exceptions.
- In Via del Carmine will be imposed a unique way of circulation from Piazza del Carmine to Piazza Gugliemo Pepe.
- The left turn will be mandatory for vehicles coming from Via Lavinaio.
- Vehicle transit will be prohibited in the second access gate in Piazza del Carmine, from Via Nuova Marina, Palazzo Ottieri side.
Means of transport
Metro line 1, service until 2:00
In relation to the festivities, the circulation on the Metro Line 1 will be limited to the Piscinola/Dante section, with uninterrupted service until 02 the next day. The last complete ride will leave from Garibaldi at 21:04 and from Piscinola at 20:34. The last bus will leave from Piscinola for Dante at 01:26 and from Dante for Piscinola at 01:48.
Funiculars service until 2:00
Le Montesanto, Mergellina and Centrale funiculars they will remain operational until 02:00 the following day.
ANM bus
As for the service bus, lines 116, 140, 151, 162, 169, 175, 182, 184, 196, C16, 204, 254 (204 and 254 operated by bus), R5, R7, 612 will be guaranteed until 02:00 of the next day. The other lines will follow the normal holiday timetable. All other lines will terminate service concurrently with the implementation of the traffic device.
It is important to note that further changes to the route and service may be arranged according to the evolution of the traffic situation.
Cumana, EAV
La Cumana line the ordinary timetable will follow for the journey to and from Torregaveta, with the last departure from Mostra to Torregaveta scheduled for 21:50. Subsequently, the service will be limited to the Mostra – Montesanto stretch, operating in both directions, with the last departure from Mostra to Montesanto set at 02:06 on 5 June 2023. Please note that the ticket offices of Montesanto, Fuorigrotta and Mostra will remain open until the end of the service.
Circumflegrea Line
With regard to the Circumflegrea Line, there are no changes or extensions of the service, which will follow the usual timetable.
Changes to the North-East Metrocampania Service
Finally, for the Metropolitan, an extension of the service is planned, with the last journey from Piscinola towards Aversa at 01:45 on 5 June 2023.
Strict rules on the sale of drinks
According to the Trade Union Ordinance n. 11 of 1 June 2023, the following restrictions on the sale of beverages on Sunday's live television show 4nd June and until the end of the needs on Monday 5 June:
- È prohibited la sale di beverages in bottles, cans and containers made of glass, rigid plastic, tetrapak or any other material. This restriction begins four hours before live television.
- La marketing of drinks is permitted only in plastic cups light or paper. This rule applies to all public and commercial establishments located in the squares mentioned and in the adjacent areas.
- È sale prohibited and the administration of alcoholic beverages and spirits for a fee. This ban begins an hour and a half before live television and lasts until the end of the requirements on Monday 5 June.
