Scudetto party Naples, where it takes place and how to reach it

Il City of Naples has prepared a security plan for the celebration of the Scudetto which provides for the establishment of a pedestrian area and the protection of 37 monuments of the city. The security device employs a contingent of law enforcement, doctors on foot and 12 first aid points as well as non-stop public transport.

Maxi pedestrian area on the Lungomare

The Municipality of Naples has foreseen the creation of a large pedestrian area to protect the participants in the party and the inhabitants of the city. The perimeter of the area pedestrian includes the historic center, the Chiaia, the Lungomare and the western area, and will be manned by approx 90 gates manned by the police.

The large mesh net will be reserved exclusively ai pedestrians and will be activated by Sunday 12 noon on Sunday, until 4 on Monday morning.

Protected monuments

They have been singled out 37 sites of particular monumental importance in the city of Naples, which will be guarded by the police to ensure their integrity during the Scudetto celebration. Among these, the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola e Royal Palace which dominate Piazza del Plebiscito, Piazza Trieste e Trento, the San Carlo and the Artichoke fountain.

Law enforcement contingent

The contingent of the traffic police has been replenished with the employment dthe 500 units, which are added to 1100 already present. The Civil Protection also collaborated in the organization of the safety plan.
