An exhibition with 250 photos reminiscent of the historic Live in Pompeii of Pink Floyd and in two more tribute band concerts!
I Pink Floyd they come back to Pompei, this time in a photographic exhibition that recalls the historic concert that the English band held behind closed doors in the amphitheater of the archaeological excavations.
The "Live at Pompeii”Was one of the most important concerts of rock music that has remained in history not only for the splendid music of the group, but also for the evocative location chosen.
The exhibition, entitled "Pink Floyd-Live at Pompeii, the Exhibition by Adrian Maben"And which will be hosted at the Museo Cittadino di Pompei until the 31 July, he exposes 250 fotografie, including dozens unpublished from the archive of director Adrian Maben, the Scottish director who filmed the live.
The exhibition is parallel to that present inside the show ROCK! 5 al PAN of Naples, in which one of the sections is dedicated to just a few dozen shots in which the four artists are immortalized behind the scenesDuring moments of pause and while they try.
Concerts and other events
Two concerts with two will also be organized Pink Floyd tribute band, the Pink Bricks and wallside which will perform respectively on 8 and 18 July. In addition, they will be presented two volumes dedicated to the band: “Pink Floyd Stories and Secrets” presented by Nino Gatti, Stefano Girolami, Danilo Steffanina, Stefano Tarquini and Riccardo Verani, alias The Lunatics and “The Infinite River - All Pink Floyd's songs”. Both bestsellers in recent years.
