In December the Palapartenope will host the winter concert of La Maschera, the folk pop group that mixes Naples with Africa
The Mask will perform at the Palapartenope of Naples on December 19 2019 from hours 21:00. The Neapolitan folk pop sound promises to warm up the cold winter atmospheres with a bittersweet blend of traditional Neapolitan music e African melodies that come directly from the personal and artistic baggage of the Senegalese musician Laye Ba.
The Mask is a project that officially took its first steps in November 2014, leaving the fertile landscape of the Neapolitan underground with the publication of the first album, entitled 'O Vicolo' and the Alleria.
Exactly after 5 years from the first record, La Maschera has to its credit not only an ever greater success in Campania but also international experiences good level: the group performed on tour in Portugal and reached the Senegal to go in search of new roots and other artistic inspirations.
In the 2017 the guys of La Maschera record the first, historic sold out of their journey with a triumphal concert at the Teatro Bellini in Naples.
