It seems that Napoli wants to break with its image of an "early sleeping city". Finally, to the delight of night owls and nightlife lovers, there's good news coming when it comes to public transportation.

Write down the dates: starting from Friday 15th and Saturday 16th September, Metro Line 1 , Central Funicular will extend their hours of service.

Night time as in the main European cities

No more rushing around so as not to miss the last train of the night! Naples adapts to European capitals, extending public transport timetables to times that we could define as almost "nighttime".

And, as we know, a city that doesn't sleep needs transport that doesn't go to sleep.

Metro Line 1, weekend night timetables

La Metro Line 1 he's really coming into his own. Friday and Saturday evening, for latecomers or for those who simply want to enjoy the night a little longer, the last bus will leave from Piscinola at 01 and from Garibaldi at 20.

Central Funicular, night time until 2 am

But that's not all, even there Central Funicular will extend its hours. For the Friday and Saturday nights, the last ride will be at 2:00.
During the week, however, the timetables will be slightly more conservative, with the last ride set at 22pm for Monday and Tuesday, and at 00:30 for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
