Why are the tests done during the day and not at night?

La night programming at the moment it is not possible, to communicate it is ANSFISA (the National Agency for the Safety of Railways and Road and Highway Infrastructures) underlining a current union agitation.

Just in the days before the mayor Manfredi specified that the decision to carry out the tests during the day, and not at night as was done in the past, is due to a union dispute for which the inspectors want to work exclusively during the day.

“There's a national problem on the metro that I've been fighting for months. The tests, which do not depend on the Municipality but on a national agency, have always been carried out at night but now there is a union dispute for which the inspectors only want to work during the day. This is an inconvenience that I consider unacceptable. The tests must be carried out otherwise the trains would stop and we would not be able to implement the new ones that everyone is waiting for. Now I hope that there will be greater sensitivity, at a national level, to spare the Neapolitan citizens these inconveniences and, as has always been done and as we have asked, to go back to testing trains at night ".
