The stops of the Naples Art Stations can be admired with the new Metroart Focus Tour 4!
Every Friday of the month, starting from 8 May 2015, Art stations of the 1 Line Naples subway will be the protagonists of the fourth edition di "Metroart Focus Tour".
The highly appreciated traveling lessons completely free and organized by the ANM artistic heritage office, they will catapult citizens and tourists among the artistic wonders present in the Neapolitan metropolitan stations now famous in Europe and in the world.
Appointments
In particular, the program provides four itineraries which, from time to time, will have two different stations as a backdrop. We will start, therefore, with the stages of Toledo and Montecalvario where you will discover the history and identity of Naples seen through the eyes of world famous artists, such as William Kentridge, Shirin Neshat, Oliviero Toscani and Bob Wilson.
It will then go to the stops of University and Garibaldi and later of Dante and Vanvitelli where, respectively, art and everyday life will be appreciated through the emotional design and the contemporary research between philosophy and science.
The meetings will end at the stations of Museum and Toledo with an interesting artistic journey between history and modern languages. On the occasion of May of the 2015 monuments the Stations of art represent, without a doubt, a historical, artistic and cultural heritage to be discovered and rediscovered.
