Vaccheria di Caserta comes alive with MozzarelliAmo 2018, buffalo mozzarella feast with tastings and popular music!
Another interesting event is added to the list of summer festivals a Vaccheria di Caserta: This is the MozzarelliAmo, buffalo mozzarella feast now in its fifth edition. The appointment is for two weekends, the1, 2, 3 and 8, 9, 10 Jun 2018.
For the occasion they will be offered tastings of local products with the aim of enhancing one of the symbols of culinary tradition of Campania, buffalo mozzarella, appreciated all over the world. The initiative is in collaboration with the Casolare dairy, which will make known its specialties.
Not just food, though: the evenings will be animated by popular music and blues with the participation of artists and groups such as Malevera, A Flower for Life and Acoustic Blues Band. Visitors can also admire the splendid eighteenth-century living nativity scene, with attention to detail with figures in period costume, representations of ancient crafts and scenes of peasant life.
