Naples to write: literary itineraries to discover the city

0: 00 / 0: 00

Napoli da Scrivere - Places, books and cafes, is the title of an original literary review, organized by the Prestigio Italia Association in collaboration with the publishing house Homo Scrivens, which fits well into the myriad of appointments scheduled for the month of May in the city of Naples, including the highly anticipated May of the Monuments.

Naples to write provides for literary itineraries divided into three events, on May 4th, 11th and 25th, which will be held in three different literary cafes: al Culture Café located in via Monteoliveto, al NEA space in Piazza Bellini and al Gran Caffé Gambrinus of Piazza Trieste e Trento.

Culture Cafè Naples

Each itinerary will start within one of these spaces, where the presentation of a Homo Scrivens book and a debate on writing about Naples will be held. Then we will leave discovering streets, streets, squares and monuments of the city, looking for curiosities, anecdotes and testimonies left by artists, Italians and foreigners, who have visited Naples.

Fiction, literature, art and discovery of the territory will intertwine giving life to new paths in which anyone can participate, taking the opportunity to witness a Naples that still has so much to tell ...
