The flagship of 2014 Christmas in the province of Naples will be Sorrento, which in the context of the usual event 'M'illumino in winter ', offers a rich series of Christmas events that will last 35 days.
The program billboard is divided into one artistic part dedicated to exhibitions and theatrical and musical performances with typical Christmas songs and gospel; a folk part, linked to the traditions, with the preparation of the markets, the exhibition of the inimitable Neapolitan artisanal cribs made in local shops and traveling shows of puppets and fireworks. For those who want to go shopping, the stores ensure extraordinary openings even on holidays.
Whatever you choose among the various proposals, it will be an opportunity to get to know this elegant town and admire its breathtaking view, easily visible from the Villa Comunale and to walk among the narrow and ancient lanes that are the heart of Sorrento. A dreamlike atmosphere, thanks to Christmas illuminations and citrus scents released from the numerous and famous patisseries.
Furthermore, there will be reduced rates up to 50 percent for those wishing to park buses and cars in the Achille Lauro area, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in December and also until 6 January 2015.
