European Night of Museums in Naples and Campania at 1 euro: from Capodimonte to the Royal Palace of Caserta
Back to the European Museum Night, after the stop last year due to the pandemic, and reaches its XNUMXth edition. With this wonderful initiative, the museums of the whole country, therefore also those of Naples and Campania will propose theevening admission to 1 euro.
The appointment is for Saturday 3 July 2021 and the price so negligible is of course symbolic because it wants bring as many people as possible to the world of culture and art, leading them to discover our heritage, especially in such a delicate historical moment as the one we are currently experiencing.
The initiative was born from the French Ministry of Culture and every year is sponsored by Unesco, the Council of Europe and ICOM.
The sites that join in Campania and Naples
Bosco di Capodimonte - from 19.30 to 22.30
There will be guided visits to the Raphael exhibition and meetings with the artists Paolo La Motta and Diego Cibelli. The latter will do an in-depth study on the "Art of Dancing together" while Paolo La Motta will devote himself to "Capodimonte meets Health".

- 19.30 pm - Diego Cibelli and "The Art of Dancing Together"
- 21.00 pm - Paolo La Motta and "Capodimonte meets Health"
- 20.30 pm - Guided tour of the exhibition “Raffaello a Capodimonte. The artist's workshop ”with co-curator Angela Cerasuolo
- 20.50, 21.10 and 21.30 - Guided tours of the Raffaello exhibition and the Farnese collection

Royal Palace of Naples
Between 20.00 and 23.00, with last admission at 22.00, you can visit the rooms of the Historic Apartment and, if you wish, you can also take a walk in the historic Romantic Garden while sipping an aperitif in the context of the Royal Palace Summer Fest.

The National Archaeological Museum of Naples participates in the European Night of Museums with a theatrical performance.

Royal Palace of Caserta - from 19.30pm to 22.30pm
The Royal Apartments will be open according to this program:
- 20.00 Upper vestibule
- 20.45 pm Hall of the Bodyguards
- 21.00 pm Conversation Room
Archaeological Museum of ancient Capua and Mitreo - from 19.00 to 22.00
The museum of Santa Maria Capua Vetere will especially prefer projects dedicated to schools during the holiday period with events dedicated to the theme "The class, the oeuvre!". Specifically, there will be the project "Arteteca museum playroom supported by Con I Bambini in the context of the Fund to combat juvenile educational poverty" with workshops.
Instead, in the Conference room the extemporaneous exhibition of the artist Gianni Pontillo, author of the project "Memorie del Sottosuolo", will take place, while at Museum of the Gladiators three performances by a gospel choir.
