In Piazza Palazzo a San Michele di Serino, in the province of Avellino, Friday 29 September 2023 the highly anticipated first edition of the festival will take place O' Puorc Dint and Mel, precisely on the occasion of the celebration of Saint Michael the Archangel.
The entrance it will be completely sweeper and will give you a special and different evening, dedicated to music and tastings which will be accompanied by excellent wine and desserts. The event is organized by Municipality of San Michele di Serino.
What the O' Puorc Dint and Mel Festival offers
As suggested by the title of the Festival in San Michele di Serino in the province of Avellino it will be possible for all guests, starting in the morning, watch the piglet marinate with apples, which will then be roasted on a spit.
Subsequently, you can taste the pig roasted accompanied by excellent apple flavored wine, Annurca apple grappa e delicious apple desserts.
