Vesuvius Park, the Tirone Reserve path reopens
For three months, starting from 23 July to 23 October 2021 path number 4 "Through the Tirone Reserve " finally reopens to visitors. It will be possible to visit the route of the Vesuvius National Park for three days a week, from Friday to Sunday.
It will be a special walk that you can take completely immersed in nature with a path that winds on the plains for about 2,6 km.
The path Tirone Reserve represents one of the richest paths in biodiversity, you can in fact admire the Navel of Venus, a herbaceous plant with fleshy leaves, then again myrtle, laurel, phillyrea, rosemary and other plant species. The path is easily accessible, both for adults and children.
Visits to the Tirone Reserve
three days a week, from Friday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00 with last admission at 16:00, and until 23 October 2021 you can take part in naturalistic excursions by way of price quotation in the Tirone Reserve.
The visit will be possible thanks to the presence of guides of the Vesuvius National Park. Also present was the staff of the biodiversity department of the forest police.
For visits to the route you can access from the gate of the Via Vesuvio, on the Herculaneum side and currently there is no need to make a reservation. At the entrance all visitors will be registered and all regulations will be respected anti-Covid 19.
