Everything is ready for the prestigious 2018 Riavulillo Festival in Vico Equense, one of the main events in Campania at the beginning of August!
In the area of Vico Equense, Riavulillo is the nickname of the spicy caciocavallo which is melted on the hot coals, in order to highlight its inebriating taste. One of the most important events of the Sorrento Coast will be dedicated to him.
From 5 to 7 August 2018, it will in fact be the turn of the now famous Sagra del Riavulillo, now in its twenty-fourth edition. Those who adore the famous aged cheese which is highly appreciated throughout southern Italy will only have to go to the hamlet of Arola, about 8 kilometers from the center of Vico Equense, and experience three evenings of strong flavors.
Lovers of popular traditions and an uncontaminated landscape will thus have an unmissable opportunity to immerse themselves in the suggestions of the Vicano village. In addition to the aromas of the territory, there will be a large space reserved forsinging entertainment and animation.
