Pizzas, casatielli, gateau and other products prepared by the bakeries of Villa di Briano in the Baking Festival and the 2018 bakery specialties!
A Villa di Briano a greedy appointment with one of the festivals tastier in Campania, that of pan and oven specialties, which takes place on 7 September 2018. In the municipality in the province of Caserta you can taste fabulous products such as the inevitable Casatiello, pizzas of various types including the seafaring, That with potatoes, sausage and broccoli , pizza with the box. Furthermore, there will be cake and many other products cooked in a pan according to the Campania tradition.
The baking fair every year, as done in its three previous editions, offers fantastic products to taste and will be accompanied by wine and beer, to make the dishes even more delicious. Moreover, it will surely be present music to accompany the evening.
It is a good opportunity to taste products prepared exclusively in the oven, thanks to local bakeries, and served in the pan following the recipes of our tradition, now an integral part of the our gastronomic heritage.

The event is organized by the Pro Loco Villa di Briano and takes place in Piazza Cavour.
