In various provinces of our Region we will be able to participate in these festivals, real gastronomic events, to discover the specialties of our territory.
We will be able to taste the red sausage of Castelpoto, the renowned artichoke of Paestum, the strawberry and asparagus of Cardito and we will have fun with the Kite Festival.

1Strawberry and Asparagus Festival in Cardito. 4 days with typical local products
The city of Cardito, in the province of Naples, is preparing to host the 29th edition of the Strawberry and Neapolitan Asparagus Festival, scheduled from 22 to 25 April 2023 at the Taglia Park. The event, organized by Club Belvedere 2.0 with the patronage of the Municipality of Cardito, promises four days of food and entertainment in which it will be possible to discover the excellence of Neapolitan cuisine.
2Red Sausage Festival of Castelpoto in Benevento from 22 April
Castelpoto, a town located in the province of Benevento, is preparing to celebrate the highly anticipated 22th edition of the "Sagra della Salsiccia Rossa" from 25 to 2023 April 15. This celebration is one of the most popular food and wine events of the year.
3Paestum Artichoke Festival in April and May XNUMXst: all the local specialties present
Gromola, in the municipality of Capaccio Paestum, in the province of Salerno, will once again host the long-awaited Paestum IGP Artichoke Festival Now in its XIII edition, the event celebrates the vegetable which has a place of excellence in Campania agriculture, which boasts a prestigious brand, the Protected Geographical Indication. From 7 April to 7 May 2023, Naples becomes the stage for a unique gastronomic experience, which combines stories, insights, show cooking, tastings and music. The review "See Naples and then Eat" was promoted and financed by the Department of Tourism and Productive Activities of the Municipality of Naples, led by Teresa Armato.
6International Street Food in Salerno, cuisine from all over the world
The renowned International Street Food event, now in its seventh edition, will be held in Salerno from 22 to 25 April in the parking lot of the Grand Hotel Salerno, from 12 to midnight.
