For the day of March 8, perhaps to celebrate Women's Day, a 24-hour general strike was called which will also involve school and public transport on a national scale.
Unlike other strikes, however, participation in Naples is very low, with the total absence of participation by the main local and non-local transport companies.

The strike will be more felt in Central and Northern Italy
Compared to Naples, where participation is very low, the strike will be more felt in Central and Northern Italy.
Strike in Milan on 8 March
Given the participation of the ATM, which manages the underground lines, the underground journeys will take place from the morning until 18pm, while the road and rail services will not be guaranteed from 8am to 45pm and after 15pm.
Strike in Rome on 8 March
In Rome, the service will be reduced due to the participation of Atac, Astral, Cotral and Roma TPL, with slots guaranteed only before 8:30 and between 17:00 and 20:00.
Strike in Bologna on 8 March
A similar fate in Bologna, with transport blocked from 8:30 to 16:30 and from 19:30 until the end of the service.
Strike in Turin on 8 March
Turin also crosses arms, with interruption of transport services (including the subway) from 6:00 to 9:00 and from 12:00 to 15:00
Strike by the State Railways and Metro Line 2
Joining the strike by state Railways, but the extent of this membership was not communicated given that the company is exclusively made up of "autonomous trade unions", which have proclaimed an agitation which will start on March 7 at 21:00 and end at 21:00 on March 8.
Since the amount of membership is not clear, it is presumable that there will be delays but not a total block on rail transport.

No ANM strike on buses, funiculars, MetroCampania NordEst and trams in Naples
The local transport company in Naples, ANM, has officially communicated that it will not join the strike, therefore the transport timetables will remain unchanged.
No EAV strike on Circumvesuviana, Circumflegrea and Cumana in Naples
As per the official EAV press release, the company's non-adherence to the strike on 8 March is confirmed, therefore the service will be regular.
School strike, universities and teaching unions join
The world of university, research and teaching joins the strike through various unions, therefore there could be suspension of lessons or the total impediment of the same, being bound to the adhesion of individual teachers it is not known how many will join.
