Street food, entertainment and entertainment at the Street Food Festival with the many trucks in San Giorgio a Cremano!
From the 20 22 October 2017 the event will take place Street and Truck food in San Giorgio a Cremano, a Street Food Festival a few kilometers from Naples.
The event is a national and international gathering and is the first stage of the 2017/18 Tour and has the intent of proposing culinary arts and specialties that cross national borders. In these days there will be the participation of other exhibitors from the sectors crafts, hobbies, collectibles and many other surprises, but above all you can taste some foods from all over Italy.
Street food, in fact, it identifies and distinguishes the territory, and with it also the tradition, keeping the alimentary tradition vital. Furthermore, the use of a truck, that is, an itinerant van carrying culinary specialties around, makes the initiative more sparkling.
This new way of conceiving street food, also ideal for a quick snack, does not neglect the importance of using quality raw materials in the preparation of dishes, which must always be good and genuine.
