The World Pizza Championship begins at Napoli Pizza Village: the best in the world will be awarded

This is the nineteenth edition of this Championship which will last 2 days and will see the assignment of 10 titles. Delicious pizzas will be prepared that will follow the dictates of the best Hydration, maturity e long leavening.

Also on Monday the Modernist Pizza, an in-depth encyclopedic volume on the world's most loved food.

Il June 20 at 15:00 at the Pizza Stadium, set up at the Rotonda Diaz on the Lungomare Francesco Caracciolo will begin the Championship and numerous pizza chefs will compete by cooking different types of pizza, until the evening.

The next day, the 21nd June, always at the Rotonda Diaz will start again at 15:00 with the challenge to the sound of pizzas and at the end of the day it will be the winner was also decreed. The award ceremony will follow.

The Caputo Trophy is increasingly competitive and engaging and helps to raise Naples as the World Capital of Pizza.
