The Space, The Pizza Village is a festival dedicated to pizza that will take place in Torre del Greco with many events and guests
After Pizza Festival organized in Naples in many pizzerias in the city, a new event all dedicated to pizza will take place in Torre del Greco.
This is the "The Space..the Pizza Village“, A real shopping mall open air completely dedicated to this exquisite Neapolitan dish! The event will be held by 17 22 to June at the “La Salle” complex and was sponsored by the Municipality of Torre del Greco and the Campania Region.
Not only will they be present over 20 pizzerias among the most renowned in the world, but also gastronomic islands dedicated to typical local products, stands on the fried pizza and the spaces dedicated to pizza gluten free.
Throughout the event, it will also be possible to visit the stands of important Vesuvian companies and Torresi shops, as well as the handicraft market set up by the cultural association “Hobbisti Millemani”.
Guest of honor of the Pizza Village will be the world champion of pizza makers, Davide Civitiello. In addition, the program includes events for each evening, including performances by artists, comedians, national singers and local musicians.
Even the little ones can have fun because a space has been thought for them too, a play area with inflatables and five-a-side football fields, as well as entertainment and recreational activities, such as baby make-up, puppet theater, street artists, baby dance, various types of games at the jar and fishing for the ochette and many others.

18 Hours: 00 - Opening of the event and start of animation activities with games, music and dances.
19:00 - Presentation of the event. Inauguration of the show cooking area organized by the Torre del Greco cooks association in the Vesuvian & Nolana area (present the journalist Gigi De Maria, director of the free press “Obiettivo Campania - Sapori e Tradizioni”). Following the opening of the children's village, cake design demonstrations (making pastes and assembling comic characters). The evening will culminate with a concert by Luca Sepe.
