Caserta and its province are the places where a very tasty buffalo mozzarella is produced par excellence and the Buffalo Village it could only take place in the Caserta area. The whole province, in fact, is the main breeding area of the Italian Mediterranean buffalo and its milk allows the production of mozzarella which is a dop product.
It is an intense three days of tastings and events that, from the 10 to the 12 September 2021, will take place at the exhibition center in San Marco Evangelista,A1 Expo in the province of caserta.
It is the third edition of the Bufala Village, an all-round journey to discover buffalo mozzarella, a party where there will be tastings of this splendid dairy product, but also of cheeses, meats, liqueurs and sweets made with buffalo milk.
Music and events during the Bufala Village
There will not only be tastings of excellent products during the three evenings of Bufala Village, but the program will be full of institutional events,, music, shows, A 'playground and so on. For example, there will be exhibitions of trot and gallop, workshops and cooking show with the chefs, the demonstration of mozzarella spinning and mozzarella and the baptism of the saddle.
