Naples will host, like all weekends, many and unmissable events, even if the one from 7 to 9 August will probably be a weekend of exodus from the city, with the first summer departures. Despite this, there are many events not to be missed, to welcome those who still remain in the city, those who will not leave, but also the many tourists and visitors of our land.
The key event of this weekend will finally be the opening of open-air cinema in Parco del Poggio, with a special free inaugural evening. For the sweet tooth there will be no lack festivals and tastings, such as the gnocco in Taurano, the sausage and porchetta in Casola, the Sea Festival in Monte di Procida, the fried staple festival at the Agnano Hippodrome and a mega event dedicated to beer at the Jambo 1 Shopping Center !
There are still many appointments with culture and art, among guided night tours in Pompeii and in Paestum, the splendid water show in Monteverde and theatrical festival in Positano!

Summer sunsets at the Pausilypon
The magnificent Pausilypon Archaeological Park will be the protagonist of "Summer Sunsets at the Pausilypon", the extraordinary review of truly evocative evening routes. The route will start from Cave of Seiano, about 700 meters long and excavated in the tuff in Roman times, and then reach the beautiful bay of Trentaremi. An excellent way to enhance the marine and coastal environment.

Pompeii a nocturnal emotion
Suggestive evening nocturnal visits at the excavations of Pompeii, to discover the wonders of this place full of charm and history, starting from exhibition of the casts of "Pompeii and Europe 1748-1943". Between shows and theatrical and light performances, through a video by Pappi Corsicato, which will show the ancient city by day, animated by tourists, until sunset and then at night, when it is a magical and silent place.

Guided tour of the Gothic underground San Martino
Special guided tours continue in the Gothic undergrounds of the Certosa di San Martino. Recently open to the public, the paths that cross the foundations of the famous charterhouse, built by Tino da Camaino, have met with considerable success with visitors. So much so that visits are possible not only in the morning but also on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Museums and exhibitions
Saturday Night at the Museum
The initiative proposed by the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities and Tourism, will allow you to visit some museums in Campania even at night. From the 27 June to the 19 December 2015 will open four museums between Naples and Campania, with admission fee and possibility of visiting from 20.00 to 24.00.
Ta the museums participating in the initiative: National archeologic museum and Museum of Capodimonte, while the sites opened in Campania are the Royal Palace of Caserta, the National Archaeological Museum of Paestum and Archaeological Park, the Excavations of Pompeii and the Excavations of Herculaneum.

Positano Theater Festival
The beautiful Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi coast, will frame the twelfth edition of the theater "Positano Theater Festival", with a rich program of musical performances, contemporary prose and dramaturgy. Seven locations are planned for the event: Piazza Flavio Gioia, the Giardino del Tennis Theater, the village of Liparlati, Nocelle, Via Pasitea, Chiesa Nuova and Monterpertuso.

Porchetta and sausage festival
If you are greedy for sausage and porchetta you can not miss the festival organized in the village of Casola, on the slopes of the Lattari Mountains. Here you can enjoy the typical products of this village and taste the delicious porchetta flavored with fresh aromas, collected in the neighboring fields, and the genuine and tender local sausage.

Flegrea sea festival
Back to Monte di Procida the highly anticipated Sea Festival which reaches its XXVII edition this year! Festival of the staple at the Agnano Hippodrome
