As already mentioned, the Luci d'Artista will be in Salerno this year, after the bad stop last year due to the pandemic, a pause that has stopped all activities in our country and beyond.
This year, however, the recovery begins slowly and also the beautiful Luci d'Artista of Salerno will return to amaze the thousands of people who will visit them throughout the city, from the center to the seafront.
The power on date
This year's ignition date is scheduled for November 26, 2021 and shutdown will take place on January 30, 2022. To give the news is the newspaper The city of Salerno which communicates that the date is in time schedule inserted in the document that the technical offices of the Region have sent to the Municipality of Salerno.
The date communicated is a response to the fears of Salerno traders, but also of restaurateurs, worried about the slowdown in installations in recent days, when there were still doubts and suspensions due to the pandemic.
The costs of Luci d'Artista
The cost of the lights is also indicated in the time schedule and we read that the Region has allocated 1 million and 170 euro for the purchase of the giant Christmas tree and to pay for the staff who will work on the lights.
The symbolic places of the illuminations
The Christmas tree will be placed in Portanova square, but there are still no definitive answers on the luminous path that will involve the whole city. Meanwhile, the lights are being assembled Merchant Street and in the center, but it is not yet known how it will work in Piazza Sant'Agostino and Rotonda .
Plus, it is not yet certain whether the route will also include Piazza della Libertà. These are the places where there are lights that attract more and more visitors.
