A vast program of events to celebrate the 300 years of the sovereign Carlo di Borbone in Naples.
Throughout the 2016 it is possible to celebrate in Naples what would have been the three hundredth birthday of King Charles of Bourbon.
The sovereign, in fact, would have made 300 years just the 20 last January and his beloved city will pay tribute to him with a series of concerts, exhibitions, visits and events: the May of the Monuments this year was, in fact, dedicated to him. There are many initiatives organized in the streets of Naples, within archaeological sites and ancient places rich in the history of this noble sovereign and his family.
There will be guided tours in the Sanità district, itineraries that will start from Piazza Dante, shows at Real Botanical Garden, guided tours to Royal Palace, To Palace of Capodimonte and much more.
Part of the events of this period will also be dedicated to the great classicist composer Giovanni Paisiello, much appreciated musician during the Bourbon era in Naples.
