La Line 1 of the Naples Metro has suffered strong recently disruptions because of testing of trains, both old and new. The Neapolitan Mobility Company (ANM) has in fact had to interrupt the subway several times to allow tests to be conducted on the rails.
The situation, however, seems to have been resolved thanks to the resumption of night tests on Line 1, reaching a agreement with the workers.
The first night closure
And here comes the first night closure. ANM has announced that Line 1 of the Naples subway will undergo a early closing on Monday 27 February 2023 to allow the technical tests to be carried out
The last rides will leave at 21:15 from the station Piscinola and at 21:40 from the station of Garibaldi. All Metro users are invited to plan their journeys accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
