It's coming a day of inconvenience for commuters and citizens of Naples.
Monday July 24, the USB, a trade union organization of particular importance, has decided to join the national transport strike.
The stirring, which will affect a period of 4 hours, will take place from 9:00 to 13:00. During this interval, it is possible that transport services suffer interruptions, which will be managed in compliance with the so-called guarantee bands.
The strike times and guaranteed bands

The Chiaia plant will remain closed for work in progress, but the NC shuttle service will be active, which will follow the guarantee bands of the buses and which could adhere to the strike timetable based on the adhesion of the staff dedicated to it.
The reasons for the protest
The reasons behind the strike are many:
- La security protection of workers and the service, with a specific focus on the installation and maintenance of air conditioners on means of transport and in the workplace, as well as their cleaning and sanitization.
- The increase of levels of cleaning, maintenance and surveillance on buses and in stations.
- The elimination of penalizing entry salaries, ensuring the application of first and second level contracts to new hires.
- The possibility of freely exercise the right to strike in essential public services, without respecting the guarantee bands, as is the case in other European Union countries.
- An increase in wages of at least 300 euros per month, as envisaged by the platform for the renewal of the Autoferrotranvieri-Internavigatori CCNL.
