Wine tastings and local food, popular music, exhibitions and guided tours at the Wine & Taranta Fest 2018 in Teora, in the province of Avellino.
A teora, in the province of Avellino, the new edition of the Wine & Taranta Fest on 6 and 7 July 2018. According to the organizers, it is a sort of reinvention of the village fair and an opportunity to rediscover the territory through the traditions and local musical and gastronomic events. The program includes wine stands with wine e food stands, folk music, cooking workshops, guided tours and exhibitions, but there will also be theatrical performances and dance.
The Wine & Taranta Fest gives space to the food and wine activities of the territory and wants to make the most of all the resources of the village of Teora, making visitors aware of the traditions of Irpinia through the tasting of wines from local cellars and dishes prepared by qualified chefs.
There will also be space for craftsmanship and the public will want to raise awareness of the importance of and environmental protection and of such fundamental historical places.
