What to expect and the premises of Napoli – Milan

On Sunday evening, Serie A prepares to host an epic clash between the giants of Italian football: Napoli and Milan. Both teams bring with them stories of ups and downs heading into this match.

Napoli, under the leadership of Rudi Garcia, has recently regained his champion form, achieving a notable victory in Serie A and advancing to the Champions League. However, they have had home problems at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, having suffered defeats by Real Madrid and Fiorentina. Indeed, they will face a Milan side who have had success in the past at the same stadium, with a notable win and a draw having previously ousted Napoli from the UCL.

Despite this, the Milan brings with it some concerns. After a recent defeat in the Champions League and problems in Serie A, there are growing concerns for Pioli's team. However, playing away could be an advantage for Milan, considering their recent positive run away from home.

A key element to watch will be the Napoli winger, Khvisha kvaratskhelia, who is in sensational form, while Milan's Mike Maignan will be determined to keep his clean sheet. With Napoli looking for their first goal in the first 15 minutes of play this Serie A season, we expect a match full of tension and action from the first whistle.
