Festival of bufalotto and asprinio wine

What is the mascuotto? It is a particular type of bread prepared according to aancient recipe and paired with sausage, cold cuts or tomatoes, but the typical version of Bracigliano is the "in mallone". It is an ancient recipe with broccoli leaves and potatoes stir-fried with garlic and oil. In addition to other local recipes, we will also taste the percoca in wine and limoncello to conclude the meal.

Mussel Festival
