With Christmas just around the corner, November welcomes us with all kinds of events: study of the universe, shows and events for relaxation!
Lots of them events in Naples for the weekend from 13 to 15 November 2015. Between culture, science, opera, relaxation and Christmas events, this weekend presents itself as a container for events and performances.
The "Henry IV“, Pirandello's dramaturgical masterpiece. In different places in Naples it will be possible to participate in the Human Rights Film Festival, with debates related to social issues. The didactic-scientific exhibition continues "Let's explore the universe"At the Auchan Shopping Center in Naples and the Traviata of Ozpetek at the Teatro San Carlo.
For pure relaxation, even for this week there will be the National Day of Urban Trekking and the lessons of Yoga in museums; while to combat stress there will be pillow fight at Piazza del Gesù.
Furthermore, in anticipation of Christmas, the first appointments for the most beautiful time of the year begin. Giugliano also arrives this year on Gloria Village, the village totally dedicated to Christmas, while a Castle of Limatola the first markets begin with all the decorations; finally at the Gran Hotel Parker's there will be two days dedicated to handmade panettone.

Henry IV of Pirandello
From 10 to 15 November 2015, the Bellini Theater will host one of the masterpieces of Pirandello's dramaturgy, theHenry IV. Written in 1921, the work presents itself as a very current text that revolves around madness and oscillates between the fine line between reality and fiction. The interpretation is entrusted to Franco Branciaroli who will play the role of the crazy / intelligent man who, after having fallen from his horse, really believes he is the sovereign Henry IV.

Human Rights Film Festival
A city available to the social. For this weekend, in different places in the city, it will be possible to participate in the "Naples Human Rights Film Festival”Which is part of the review of the Cinema Marathon. Let's explore the Universe
In collaboration with the Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory, the Auchan Shopping Center in Naples has set up an educational-scientific exhibition entitled “Let's explore the Universe”. Through a Planetarium with three-dimensional digital projector, it will be possible to observe our galaxy with planets and stars, in a realistic and suggestive journey. In addition, one will also be set up Astrography exhibition with images taken directly in space.

Pictorial Paradise

Last weekend for the National Day of Urban Trekking. The event, organized on the occasion of Expo 2015, aims to rediscover the typical products of 19 Italian regions. The title chosen is "Food for the soul, food for the body”And it is an event that combines city walks, without particular physical preparation, with local food and wine products. La Traviata of Ozpetek
Last weekend for La Traviata by Ferzan Ozpetek at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. Verdi's opera has been relocated to an Oriental-style Paris, with the sets of Oscar Prize Dante Ferretti. Ozpetek makes the work more profound regarding thepsychological aspect of the characters: the protagonist, for example, appears as a very strong and passionate woman who tries to take matters into her own hands.

Free Exchange
An event entirely dedicated to university students that of Lib (e) ro Exchange, promoted by the Youth Department of the Municipality of Naples and by some universities of the city. The initiative aims to encourage study by reducing expenses for parents: every Friday, until the end of November, children can go to the Informagiovani Itinerante Bus which will provide books, handouts, notes and students can exchange information on exams and programs to be studied.

Yoga in museums
Every Sunday, at the Certosa di San Martino and Royal Palace, art meets the well-being of the body. With the help of the Ayurvedic therapist Paolo Colussi, it will be possible to participate in real events Yoga lessons, with relaxation techniques. Christmas in Naples 2015
Gloria Christmas Village
Also for this year Giugliano arrives on the Gloria Village, a village entirely dedicated to Christmas. Open until January 6, 2016, the village is divided into different thematic areas, with established routes. Admission is free for this year as well. Inside the square at the entrance, moreover, a real market of Christmas decorations will be set up with merry-go-rounds. Children can write their own letter to Santa Claus and put it in the Village mailbox.

Markets in Castello di Limatola
Starting from this weekend and until 8 December 2015, the Limatola Castle will host the Cadeau Christmas market at the Castle. Among gospel choirs, jesters, historical reenactments, Santa Claus in person and stand of medieval objects, the splendid setting of the medieval castle will give its guests a fabulous evening. Music in the background and gastronomic menus, accompanied by mulled wine, will transform the Castle into a true Christmas show.

King Panettone
Among the typical Christmas sweets, Panettone stands out without equal. This year the Grand Hotel Parker's in Naples has decided to dedicate two days to it. In the splendid rooms of the hotel they will be put on display handmade panettone of any kind, without preservatives and little processed, in order not to alter the flavor. Panettone has always been a Milanese dish, but Campania has distinguished itself in its leavened production. The tasting of panettone will be accompanied by wines and sparkling wines chosen ad hoc.

Christmas Fair of San Gregorio Armeno and the Decumani
The traditional “Christmas Fair of San Gregorio Armeno and the Decumani” is underway, one of the many events organized to celebrate Christmas. The theme chosen for this year is "Water, a common good"And all the shopkeepers will exhibit the elements of the nativity scenes related to water: fountains, wells, waterfalls etc. The inauguration will take place at 18.00 with the cutting of the ribbon by the Mayor De Magistris and in the meantime the citizens will be cheered by music and pizzas. Pillow Fight
Saturday 14 November, at Piazza del Gesù, in Naples, there will be the day of the pillows. This is the Pillow Fight, an initiative already in its second edition that uses pillows as "weapons" for fight stress. Participants, who will have to follow very specific rules during the 'fight', are invited to bring bags with them to clean any waste left in the square.
