Despite the weather not exactly in our favour, we can't help but recommend the best ones this week's events in Naples, a city that always offers us many opportunities for entertainment and culture.
From the 15 18 May 2023 there are many appointments for every taste, from exhibitions dedicated to great artists, including the legendary Lucio Dalla, to the always spectacular Regata dei Tre Golfi.
There are also free concerts at the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory and gourmet gastronomic events such as the International Street Food in Gragnano, where we can taste many local dishes and more.

1Van Gogh in Naples, immersive exhibition. When does it end?
The remarkable immersive exhibition dedicated to Vincent Van Gogh in Naples continues to arouse enthusiasm and interest, registering extraordinary success. With an area spanning more than one thousand square metres, the exhibition offers an exceptional combination of visual projections, sophisticated lighting and sound design, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in Van Gogh's works, all while enjoying the comfort of a deckchair. Thanks to its warm welcome, the exhibition has been extended until 29 October 2023.
2Racconti per Ricominciare returns, the theater festival in Campania sites
2023 marks the return of the “Racconti per Ricominciare” theater festival. From 18 May to 4 June, the most fascinating places in Campania are transformed into living theater scenarios, animated by over 50 artists and actors.
3Free films by Wim Wenders in Naples for the May of Monuments
On the occasion of May of Monuments 2023, the historic event that has been taking place for a very long time in Naples dedicated to guided tours, shows, events and much more, the free cinema review was also organized.

The cultural celebration of Naples is enriched with the Maggio dei Monumenti 2023, an event promoted by the Municipality and financed by the Metropolitan City. This year, the event offers a rich program of over 80 free events, which include historical-artistic itineraries, dance performances, theater performances, concerts, films, readings and special initiatives.

In 2023 art in Naples starts in fifth grade. In fact, the year will be inaugurated with Edgar Degas with his exhibition "Degas, the return to Naples" in the monumental complex of San Domenico Maggiore. It is no coincidence that we recall that back in 1856 the artist stayed just a few steps away from where his exhibition will be held.

9The Spaniards in Naples, the exhibition at the Capodimonte Museum
Naples is preparing to welcome an unprecedented art exhibition. It is about “The Spaniards in Naples. The Southern Renaissance”, an exhibition of works of art created by some of the main Spanish artists active in Naples between 1503 and 1532.
10Timeless fairy tales at the Botanical Garden of Naples with many shows for children
At the Botanical Garden of Naples from Saturday 18 March 2023 to Wednesday 31 May 2023 the twenty-seventh edition of Timeless Tales will take place, an appointment to which both young and old are invited.

12Picasso and Naples, the MANN exhibition with international works
From 5 April 2023 to 2 October 2023 (thanks to an extension), the exhibition "Picasso and the Ancient" will be presented at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. Curated by Clemente Marconi, the exhibition aims to highlight the important impact that classical art has had on the work of Pablo Picasso.

At the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella and more particularly at the marvelous Sala Scarlatti, a rich program of appointments with unmissable free concerts will be organized from Friday 3 March until 30 June 2023.

The departure of the 12th edition of the Three Gulfs Regatta will take place on Friday 68 May, a historic event that begins in Naples and ends in Sorrento, touching the island of Ponza and the rocks of Li Galli. Organized by the Circolo del Remo e della Vela Italia of Naples, with the support of Rolex and Loro Piana, the competition is open to Maxi and ORC boats.
